Zone Facility Technician III will successfully complete Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders and Minor Renovations and to include the following trades: HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Temperature controls, Lighting and Electrical.

Capable of performing and assisting with the diagnostic testing and analysis of systems referenced above and make repairs necessary for normal operation.

Required Education:
Associate’s degree or equivalent

Facilities Management, related field or completion of an approved trade program in any of the following related trade programs: HVAC, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Lighting, Temperature Controls, Electrical.

(Will consider four years related education/experience).

3) Successfully complete safety training courses and adhere to safety procedures.

4) Ability to effectively communicate with campus customers and Technicians.

5) Ability to effectively problem solve and troubleshoot issues and problems.
