As the Technical Project Manager, you will be directly involved in the strategy, development, implementation, facilitation, and follow up of high impact technology projects for our organization. As the healthcare field quickly evolves, the Technical Project Manager will be integral to keeping NANI at the forefront of technology and to optimize value-based patient care.

Essential Responsibilities
· Planning and managing Information Technology and Systems projects.
· Creates formal documentation for every project. Develops a process for tracking all projects, including developing requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
· Determines and defines clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members involved in specific projects.
· Coordinating the scheduling for all offsite technical personnel deployments.
· Establishes and implements training processes and strategies for all technical personnel.
· Holds regular meetings with project team to review projects’ progress.
· Facilitates communications to appropriate departments/personnel with project status updates, etc.
· Identifies needs and suggests/develops new ideas for projects.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Health Informatics, Business or related field required.
· Master’s degree in Project Management or related technical field preferred.
· Professional Project Management Certification (PMP) highly preferred.
· 4-6 years of IT experience required
· Experience in healthcare industry strongly preferred
· Prior experience with Office365.
· Technological experience should include several of the following: Experience with Electronic Health Records, interfaces, data conversions; Citrix; SQL; Telecom- VOIP, POTs lines, eFax; Network infrastructure; Cybersecurity
· Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
· Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent skills in time management and organization.
· Strong verbal and written skills
· Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
· Self-starter- takes initiative, works independently
Occasional travel expected within Northern IL and Indiana.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
