To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for a Field Services Coordinator to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.

Core Responsibilities

  • Receive and Review monthly Partner Invoices for accuracy;
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on Partner performances/ volume;
  • Monitor Partner inventory retrieval, and ensure a proper follow up on the returns process;
  • Create and present various reports as needed, such as Partner Reviews (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually);
  • Coordinate and analyze deployment data of project of computer or vehicular equipment;
  • Coordinate all deliverables, day-to-day activities of the team and coordinate work between the Hypertec team, its clients, and the global partners;
  • Responsible for following up with different teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met and costs remain within budget;
  • Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the length of a project;
  • Communicate plans, actions, risks and issues with key stakeholders;
  • Solve issues that may arise during the project;
  • Perform work outdoors as may be required on certain occasions;
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by Management.

What You Will Bring

  • Post-secondary education;
  • 3 years of related experience;
  • Technical experience with computer equipment, vehicular hardware, electric or telecommunications equipment installations, and maintenance;
  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to work with minimum supervision;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English;
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines;
  • Possess a valid driver’s license;
  • Ability to travel outside of home territory as expected depending on clients’ locations. Ability and willingness to travel to the U.S. and other provinces in Canada;
  • Willing to take escalation calls (afterhours and weekends).
