Telvero is looking for an experienced and exceptional individual to support the Construction Team with assigned project tasks. We are looking for someone with outstanding time management and multi-tasking abilities, and works well with both management, teams, and customers.
Job Functions
- Has worked in, and understands, the general principals and procedures pertaining to the construction Telecom Industry
- Assists with applicable tracking system(s) to ensure that project and/or program status is maintained with complete accuracy, including Customer management systems
- Maintains all manner of department excel spreadsheets (Weekly Task Tracker, New Hire and Crews, Customer Deployment, Vendor Management, etc.)
- Assists Program Manager with maintaining documented dept processes and procedures
- Assists with administrative preparation for various meetings, including financials
- Assists with the development, and maintains accurate and complete files, for projects and programs; continues to monitor for integrity and completeness
- Follows and helps train and enforce documented company and Construction Services processes and procedures
- Creates Purchase Orders as assigned, follows up, and is involved with timely invoice payment via correspondence with finance accounts payable department
- Assist Program Manager with both Vendor and Customer invoice reconciliation
- Various office management functions such as supply ordering, event coordination, office vendor coordination, etc.
- Fosters excellent customer and vendor relationships
- Communicates all issues to management prior to reaching critical status
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of (5) years in a general business environment with project coordination and/or administration experience. During that time, candidate must also have telecom construction experience, minimum (2) years. Experience with Major Wireless Carriers and/or Telecom GCs preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Technical school or documented applicable training classes a plus
- Computer skills using Microsoft Office and ability to learn a variety of tracking and project management software
- Excellent email skills
- Excellent organizational/administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic problem-solving environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment a must
- Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
