Senior Sales Manager UK IoT – Indirect Channels
Location: Homebased UK
Our IoT business has just been named as a leader by Gartner for the 8th consecutive year…. But we have still have a desire to grow and improve, reflected in the ambitious growth strategy within our indirect channel. You can be at the forefront of driving this strategy by joining as our Senior Sales Manager in Uk IoT for Indirect. You’ll lead and grow a high performing team of Salespeople, be an excellent stakeholder manager engaging in senior level customer conversations and establish a go to market approach that delivers. Your success will be measured in revenue and margin.

What will you do?
- Lead, inspire & develop a team of IOT Specialists with a core focus of growing TCV & Revenue
- Build a team of true Specialists in their subject matter expertise of IOT within relevant industry verticals and the sales processes within Vodafone
- Take an active leadership position in the planning and execution of the development and closure of IOT sales into new and existing customers at the corporate level in the UK Major Business Segment
- Accelerate revenue growth developing and implementing IOT growth strategy including organic and inorganic growth measures ensuring Vodafone leadership in IOT and in the OPCO.
- Drive the sales enablement, knowledge & sales of the entire IOT portfolio, gaining buy-in and engagement across a wide range of stakeholders within the UK OPCO
Who are we looking for?
- Energy and enthusiasm to create a team that is an example within Vodafone of what great achievements can be realised with the right approach
- Experienced sales leader with extensive history of successful sales leadership in a B2B Software / telecoms/IT environment within a multi matrix, complex operating structure
- Deep knowledge of the UK IoT market and/ or experience with placing propositions in a corporate environment
- Successful implementation of growth strategy including go-to market approach
- Consultative Selling / Business Consulting experience would be highly advantageous
