Telecommunications Field Construction Project Manager I

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking an experienced Wireless Construction Project Manager. Must have experience with similar titles supporting Wireless Carriers. 5G experience a plus. This is a field role with a company provided car.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget, activities concerned with the construction and Maintenance of structures, facilities, and RF systems
• Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project working with subcontractor teams in the field on correct scheduling, and implementation
• Develop relationships with, and oversee third party vendors who perform tasks necessary to support the objectives of the program
• Develop and ensure proper installation / Maintenance processes are followed by ensuring all program resources have received the required documentation and training
• Responsible for hardware demand planning to ensure material is in market to support program deadlines and to ensure minimal to no downtime for program resources
• Recommend, develop, and initiate improvements and efficiencies
• Oversee and manage the construction and maintenance of an entire program/region

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of previous Construction Manager / Construction Project Manager experience working for or supporting Wireless/Cellular Carriers or Equipment Manufacturers supporting the same
• Good analytical skills to compile information into useful reports and presentations
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge and proficiency with MS Office; working knowledge of project management software is a strong advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Telecom Construction Management: 2 years (Required)
• supporting Wireless/Cellular Carriers: 2 years (Preferred)
• Project management software: 2 years (Preferred)

• conceptual development of a construction project: 2 years (Preferred)
• Oversee and manage the construction and maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
