Duties and Responsibilities

– Report to work on time: 8 am to 4:30 pm Mon- Fri or Tues -Sat

-Follow all safety procedures

– Use PPE as required

-Program and install 2-way radio systems, cell phone boosters, antennas and other electronics in vehicles, mobile equipment, and at customer sites and in shop.

-Occasional travel by ATV, 4WD and or helicopter to remote mountain top sites

-Other related duties as directed

Requirements

-Valid driver’s license with clean abstract

-Able to be self-directed as well as take direction

-Able to work independently or collaboratively

-Able to learn new skills quickly and solve problems independently

-Mechanically inclined- able to use basic hand tools without injury

-Literate in MS Office, basic networking and computer skills

-Previous experience or training/education in customer service, car audio, two-way radio or other communications systems such as cable tv or telecom

-Physically fit and able to lift 40 lbs/18 kg, climb ladders and access mobile equipment such as loaders, cranes, trucks etc.

– Telepathy is not a requirement but may be useful when dealing with customers and co-workers

-Not allergic to Frank the shop cat

-Willing to do the same thing repeatedly and expect different results

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
