Network Engineer – III

Title: Network Performance Engineer

Location: Las Vegas, NV OR Chandler, AZ OR Houston, TX OR Dallas, TX OR Euless, TX OR North West Houston, TX OR Little Rock, AR OR Oklahoma City, OK OR Tulsa, OK (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months

Shift Timing: 8 AM to 5 PM PST

JOB DUTIES:

• Remotely supporting general contractors working with radio equipment on cell site antenna systems
• Performing health checks within internal tools
• Performing health checks on recently converted sites (analyzing KPIs and RF health)
• Documenting tasks performed within internal tools
• Engaging appropriate teams when needed

• Ability to dig into details to troubleshoot complex problems
• Ability to multitask and avoid things falling through the cracks
• Ability to work with others/teams as well as independently

• Thorough, vigilant, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of the following technologies: LTE and 5G operations
• Knowledge of antenna system RF concepts.
• Knowledge of Client ENM/AMOS
• Knowledge of LTE, VoLTE and 5G KPIs
• Experience with Microsoft applications
• PIM/VSWR/MIMO/RET experience including knowledge of fiber and LTE radio heads

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Samsung USM, Client WebEM
• Electronics training in telecommunications
• Training in data communications, digital communications, operating systems and applications, computer support, project management, or power.
• Mobile Voice and Data Network infrastructure experience
• Experience troubleshooting antenna systems from the transmitter to antenna.
• Training in the following areas: data communications, digital communications, operating systems and applications, telecommunications, computer support, project management, and/or power.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree or three or more years of relevant work experience.
