You will make an impact in the following way:
  • Executing the overall sales strategy within the designated territory through maintaining and growing sales, while developing long-term relationship with all broadband, cable, and fiber customers
  • Exercising authority and accountability to resolve customer problems and creatively find ways to problem-solve issues falling outside of precedent
  • Providing the Sales Team and Sales Manager with timely information pertaining to product quality issues, training, customer concerns, competitive information, budgetary variances, new prospects, and territory progress against goals
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in the product line and industry, and providing technical training and support to customers as needed Serving as a representative at trade activities within assigned territory, including trade shows, conferences, meetings, etc.
What you will bring:
  • Education/Experience – Bachelor’s Degree in related field (highly preferred) or additional years of successful sales experience is required
  • Experience – Must have 3 or more years of field sales experience, most preferably in telecommunications, fiber, and/or optical sales
  • Experience/Skills – Proven success in exceeding sales goals

  • Work Environment – Must be able to travel 80% of the time overnight (Monday – Friday is typical)
