Telecommunications Foreman

• Pay: $28.00 -$32.00/hr

This position is for candidates with extensive experience in various tower services. Foreman will be required to closely supervise and assist with the construction and testing of cell sites.

A candidate’s abilities must include, but not be limited to:

• Lead experienced technicians.
• Train new technicians, while maintaining safe productive job sites.
• Extensive experience with a wireless construction.
• Testing and troubleshooting/maintenance are a must.
• The Foreman will be responsible for the supervision and performance of various construction tasks in the areas of tower erection.
• Coaxial cable and antenna installation.
• Antenna mount installation.
• RF testing and troubleshooting.

Qualifications/ Job Requirements:

• Ability to travel for extended periods of time

• Medical and physical ability to perform duties of the position
• Communicate fluently with Elite ICT Management and other Elite ICT employees
• Ability to read, understand, and complete job-related documents with ease
• Ability to train peers on proper work practices
• Successful completion of any Elite ICT provided training
