We are looking to hire a team player for our Sales team that provides in-building wireless coverage solutions to our enterprise customers. This is a Business to Business (B2B) position, not retail.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated, team oriented and possess the qualities of positivity, honesty with extreme attention to detail. Candidates also need great organizational skills, be a quality communicator and able to follow processes to assist a highly efficient team.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with one of our owners in Portland, OR. The Executive Sales Assistant will work closely with our customers to create and provide proposals. This position is distinguished by the need for a high level of detail, strong communication skills and a proven desire for self-growth.
The tasks of the Executive Sales Assistant include:
1. Maintain strong working relationships with customers and our ownership team
2. Maintain regular, timely communication
3. Manage our Customer Relationship Management solution
4. Coordinate with Customers, Sales and Operations
5. Follow our workflow processes for sales documentation
6. Develop proposals in a timely fashion
7. Maintain accurate documentation and focus on the details
Qualifications
The qualifications of the successful candidate will include:
1. High communication proficiency (i.e. phone, email, messaging, etc.)
2. High attention to detail.
3. Strong computer desktop application skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

HetNet Wireless provides professional and network managed services to ensure in-building wireless coverage, building fire code compliance and optimal service levels for cellular carriers and emergency responder radio agencies. Led by Bryan Kemper, HetNet (www.hetnet.com) continues to grow; assisting building owners and installation contractors with the consulting services needed to successfully test, design, deploy and maintain in-building wireless systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
