Project Cordianation Analyst for the State of Georgia

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 12+ Months

Dept: GA DBHDD

  • Must be local to Metro Atlanta
  • This position reports to the Office of Information Technology Service Delivery, reporting to the Telecommunications and Wireless Support manager.
  • The Service Delivery Project Coordinator Analyst with assist with planning, reporting, executing, and finalizing projects according to scheduled deadlines.
  • This may include acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, vendors, and contractors.
  • The position will require good verbal and written communications skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships with customers throughout the agency.

  • Able to travel 30% of the time

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position reports to the Office of Information Technology Service Delivery, reporting to the Telecommunications and Wireless Support manager.
  • The position requires a strong background and experience in Organizational Management, Process Flow Mapping, Business Operations, overseeing system upgrades, researching new tools and the ability to build strong professional relationships. 30% travel required.
  • The Project Coordinator/ Analyst will drive Service Delivery process improvement and issue resolution, develop Process Engineering, and conduct Business Analysis for IT DBHDD Managed Network Services (MNS) Enterprise wide.
  • Assist with leading and developing the delivery and roll-out of highly successful, customized projects.
  • Effective Oral and written communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships with 30% travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, WebEx)
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Dashboards, and Business Process Management
  • Project Management, Vendor Management, Process Engineering, Good interpersonal skills
  • Great communication skills, Attention to detail, Productivity Tracking, Mapping and Reporting

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Understanding of Mobile Device Management and Telecom Communications.
  • Understanding of Audio Video Conferencing utilizing WebEx.
  • Solid understanding of IT needs details the requirements and leads to developing and validating the solution.
  • Coordinates with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes.
  • Test business practices and recommends improvements.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote
