Project Description: Advertising Concession – Digital Screens Installation at NYCT stations

Contract Duration: 52 weeks

Education Qualifications Requirements: A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements: Minimum of five years of full-time satisfactory experience in supervising employees performing project management work, such as planning, administering, managing, coordinating, or expediting, on engineering and/or architectural and/or landscape architectural projects.

Licensing Requirements: OSHA 30

Desired Skills/Training Requirements:

  • Proficient computer skills (i.e., Windows environment, Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.), and strong business administrative skills (i.e., presentations, report and letter writing, time management, etc.).
  • Ability to write and speak clearly in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize project information efficiently and prepare reports.
  • Knowledge of capital project construction procedures preferred.

Description of Work:

  • Responsible for ensuring that project delivery is safe, efficient, on schedule, within budget, and according to project documents, contractual requirements, and relevant policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
  • Monitors project status and identifies project risk and issues.
  • Assists the Construction Manager with management, coordination, field oversight, and inspection of project.
  • Coordinates daily project delivery activities with C&D staff, contractors, consultants, and agency forces to support the safe and efficient execution of project.
  • Monitor Engineering Force Accounts and budgets for all the phases of the projects.
  • Ensure that safety and quality are an integral part of project operations. Manage preparation and monitor implementation of project plans, quality plans, and work plans. Coordinate with Safety and Quality Management staff. Manage project documentation to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Perform other assignments as directed by the Construction Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $112,899.00 per year
