We are one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation, management and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks (PWN) for Enterprise and Public Sector customers. We are seeking an experienced sales hunter to lead the sales motion in the Manufacturing and Logistics business segments, focusing on DAS and PWN opportunities.

  • Deep competency in wireless network design using advanced 3D modeling techniques and industry-leading design tools
  • Design Center in Phoenix staffed 24×5 by 45 design engineers – over 1,700 network designs delivered annually
  • 350+ union/non-union field technicians nationwide with experience in deploying all major RF infrastructure OEMs (JMA, Commscope, Corning, Nokia, Ericsson, Airspan)
  • National Network Operations Center utilizing AI-driven, predictive analytics for real time network monitoring/maintenance


The Role:

The Sales Director, Manufacturing & Logistics role is first and foremost a hunter role. In this role, you’ll prospect for your own opportunities based on the network you’ve built, sell jointly with our company’s channel partners in the Manufacturing & Logistics segment and engage opportunities with Enterprise customers from within our company’s installed base. You’ll engage prospective clients to show how the unique attributes of PWN offer advantages over other wireless network topologies. You’ll also educate customers about PWN use cases that are relevant to their particular industry, and how those deliver specific business value.


Key responsibilities of the Sales Director, Manufacturing & Logistics position will include:

  • Responsibility for DAS/PWN sales to Enterprise/Public Sector clients with a focus on the Manufacturing & Logistics segments
  • Operating with national scope, without limitations in geographic territory within the U.S.
  • Focusing on cultivating new clients within assigned verticals
  • Delivering presentations and web demonstrations of our services to senior level audiences
  • Developing sales presentations that educate enterprise customers on the value proposition of private wireless networks and our company’s unique differentiators
  • Developing sales strategy and communicating recommended strategies to company leadership
  • Working with our company’s inside sales and marketing to develop/deliver lead generation campaigns
  • Attending industry trade shows and conferences
  • Maintaining a sales pipeline in Salesforce and providing weekly status updates and other reporting as required
  • Traveling as required to engage prospective customer opportunities


Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • A proven track record of top performance in direct-to-Enterprise sales
  • Experience selling at the senior executive level
  • Experience selling communications technologies and solutions
  • Experience selling in the Manufacturing and/or Logistics segments
  • Experience selling managed services (telecom, software, or IT)
  • Experience/familiarity with some or all of the following technologies and industry segments:

o CBRS Private 4G/5G

o Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)

o Public Safety Systems

o Enterprise WiFi

o WLAN Solutions

o SDWAN/SDLAN

o Fiber-to-the-Edge
