Job Title: Device Portfolio Analytics Manager
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid: 2 days per week (Tues/ Thurs))
Duration: 12+ Months
What you ll be doing…
With your project management background, you will be responsible for developing the Telecommunication Group device analytics and strategy to help shift sales to provide greater savings for Telecommunication and our customers. You will evaluate device sales and subscriber data to provide insights for portfolio decisions. The individual will have to manage multiple priorities including executive reporting, dashboard creation, and day-to-day portfolio documentation management. Your work will help maintain Telecommunication s leadership position by anticipating business customer needs and shaping our future offerings to meet them.
” Generate portfolio guidance for device team based on sales & subscriber data to drive subsidy savings through portfolio mix shift strategies
” Perform analysis of launched products data and lead executive reporting development
” Support the team with ad hoc, sales data, executive summaries, and forecast reports
” Support the cadence and preparation of executive readouts on performance and recognize optimization opportunities
” Manage the funnel of new/existing products from Ideation to Post-launch optimization including leading weekly read outs to the business device team & Telecommunication stakeholders
” Develop executive presentations for stakeholder communications on strategic initiatives progress, risks and launch performance.
What we re looking for…
” 2-5 years experience in project management or data analytics
” Wireless/Telecommunications background preferred
” Self-starter who can learn new technical skills & work independently to develop reports
” Strong communication, presentation, decision making and negotiation skills
” Extensive acumen in problem solving and managing priorities
” Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and techniques
” Deep passion towards learning about new wireless products, devices and software technology/application trends
” Proven ability to build relationships across the organization, work independently in a fast paced, demanding environment and undertake multiple initiatives
” Deliver business results through timely and quality decision making
You ll need to have:
” Bachelor s degree
” 2 or more years of relevant work experience
” Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the business
” Demonstrated technical and analytical skills, including the ability to understand and communicate highly complex technical information
Even better if you have:
” Master s degree
” An understanding of trends and key business drivers
” Prior experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
” Juggled multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
A little about how we work:
The team is based out of Basking Ridge, NJ. As such team members are expected to work normal business hours in Eastern Standard Time.
