A leading Japanese telecommunications and a Global Fortune 300 company. Serving 40 million domestic mobile subscribers and providing a diverse portfolio consisting of managed networks, data centers, cloud, security and system integration is looking for a HR Specialist (m/f/d) in Frankfurt.

Job Responsibilities

You are going to be the first point of contact for managers and employees from a defined support area for strategic and operational HR-related issues

• Ensure succession planning and management development in cooperation with a national and international ream of experts in Europe and Japan.
• Advise and support management on organisational development and implementation of change management processes.
• Constructive cooperation with executives, local and international HR functions and the works council
• Carry out all HR management processes and participate in projects
• Ensure the implementation and execution of relevant HR policies and processes
• Support other members to carry out administrative tasks, prepare and check payroll accounting
• Help to shape a corporate culture and other conceptual matters
• Lead and developing an assigned team
• Plan and coordination of further education and training measures

Job Requirements

• Completed business studies in relevant field (HR, business administration and psychology)
• More than 7 years professional experience in the human resources department of an industrial company in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of human resources and German labour law issues
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel or data analysis tool
• Proficient in the use of standard office applications and HRM systems, ideally Workdays
• Very good German and English skills to communicate confidently at all levels
• Team oriented, commitment, organizational talent
• Experience in working for Japanese companies is advantageous
