What You Will Do

Our Field Supervisors manage, supervise and coordinates the activities, at the field level, of all assigned Security Officers; executes all tasks related to maintaining prescribed standards in compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure.

Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing/Industrial Factories, Hospitals and many others.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 – 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Office software and working knowledge of Internet programs.
• Valid State Driver’s License, CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (if applicable)
• Valid Security Officer License if required by the state.
• State Armed License, Certification in the use of weapons if required.
• Ability to successfully complete field supervisory training and any additional training the post instructions require.
• Vehicle operators must be at least 25 years of age and have a driving record with no more than one moving violation.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test.

• Overnight Field Supervisor needed in Birmingham, AL area, shifts include weeknights and weekends. Frequent travel is required during shifts!
