Tower Technician

We are Telecom Tower Services and we’ve been growing rapidly over the past couple years. Currently looking for a Tower Technician to help us continue our dramatic growth. Over the next 5 years the wireless industry will experience its greatest growth in the past two decades. Telecom Tower Services is a Georgia based, family business, specializing in wireless telecommunication equipment upgrades and tower maintenance throughout the Southeastern US. We pride ourselves on ensuring that our projects are executed on time, safely and with unmatched quality in the industry. We generally work local to our office location (within 4-hour radius), five days a week and our employees are home for the weekend.

The primary responsibility of this position consists of a full range of installation, repair and maintenance services on our client’s towers, including performing line and antenna systems installation and repairs, upgrades and maintenance of the 4G & 5G components. Frequent local travel as well as driving company owned vehicles may be required.

Basic qualifications:

· Willingness to climb towers

· Excellent communication skills

· Valid government issued Driver License

· Clean background check and drug screening

· Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.

· Must be able to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl

· Must be willing to relocate to within 45 minutes to Atlanta, GA

Experience:

• Tower Climbing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
• Climber/Rescuer Certificate (Preferred)
• Driver’s License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)
