Inside Sales Representatives play a critical role in our go to market and customer acquisition strategies and are a key component in reaching our revenue and growth goals. The ideal candidate will be competitive, driven, work well under pressure, and have an eagerness to learn and grow. Successful candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a commanding presence on the phone, and have the ability to clearly articulate the Veriforce value proposition and program details. The candidate must be well organized and comfortable making a high volume of phone calls to pre-qualified leads, track activities and tasks in our Salesforce, and win accounts. Opportunities for advancement are available based on the individual’s performance and business need.

How You Will Make an Impact
- You will provide a clear, compelling and articulate explanation of our business value to prospective customers.
- You validate customer concerns, handle questions and secure their business.
- You have excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions.
- You will partner closely with your Inside Sales colleagues, as well as other internal partners as you develop a thorough understanding of our products, benefits and future enhancements.
- You will learn a diverse set of technology tools to support your win rate.
- You will maintain accurate and up to date information in Salesforce.
- You will prioritize and manage time and tasks effectively.
- You bring a sense of fun to work every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound calls and emails
- Close sales and achieve regular quotas
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects and opportunities
- Build your pipeline
- Have a strong phone presence
- Nurture and build relationships with customers
Your Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English
- High School diploma
- 1 – 2 years of B2B inside sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of success with meeting and exceeding quota
- Consistent record of providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales telephony systems and Salesforce is a plus
