POSITION OVERVIEW:
Quanta Telecommunications Solutions safely provides comprehensive infrastructure services to fiber, wireline and wireless carrier customers within the communications industry. We are seeking one (1) Project Closeout Specialist to be based in our Charlotte/Concord, NC location or
Remote to support the Project Management Team to execute day-to-day operations through the course of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Apply Customer’s standards whilst reviewing the close out package (COP) deliverable
• Coordinate with Project Teams of Schedule deadlines to Customer
• Communicate with Project teams on feedback of COP review
• Write a documentation check list for COP’s
• Coordinate with Project Controls and Project Manager on progress of tasks
• Weekly update meetings with Project Manager on overall health and status of responsibilities
• Additional duties as needed and or assigned

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Skills):

• 1-2+ years’ experience in a business environment with ability to manage own time with occasional supervision
• Must have High School Degree or GED Equivalent
• Requires strong technical writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Extensive advanced Microsoft Office and Google Doc skills: Word, Excel, Visio and Project

WORK CONDITIONS:

• Job is performed in a typical office environment, but is subject to time pressures and constraints, and is often dependent on input from others OR will be performed from home
• Business requirements may frequently necessitate that work be performed from home, after normal work hours or on weekends.
• Business requirements may also necessitate that work to be performed on site/in field with full expenses paid/re-imbursed
• Subject to drug and alcohol testing, per applicable federal regulations or as required by Quanta.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
