_Alarm Service & Installation Technicians_ Tele-Plus Corporation is currently seeking Installation and Service Technicians. *Alarm Technician Job Responsibilities: * * Installation, Service, repair, and maintenance of commercial and residential Fire, Security, Access, Video, and other low-voltage systems * Installing low-voltage cabling * Use of ladders and aerial man lifts * Meeting or exceeding performance goals consistently * Instructing customers in the use of equipment * Ensuring that documentation is completed correctly and submitted * Use of Company Vehicle *Qualifications: * You must be highly motivated, with solid technical skills and a strong work ethic. You must also be detail-oriented, organized, and analytical and possess excellent decision-making skills. *Specific requirements/ qualifications for the position include: * * Experience installing/servicing security, fire, camera,and/or other low-voltage systems * Ability to work from ladders and aerial man lifts * High Diploma or GED * Strong Troubleshooting Skills * Mechanical aptitude * Strong customer service skills * Commitment to Safety * Professional appearance and demeanor * High enthusiasm, fun, and positive attitude * Computer and networking skills needed * Knowledge of and ability to operate hand and power tools * Ability to work Overtime * Valid Driver’s License * Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen test * Knowledge of DMP, Genetec, Exacq, Axis, DSX, Honeywell, EST, and Kidde is a plus. * Ability to work Overtime as required *We offer: * As an Installation Technician with Tele-Plus Corporation, you will be part of a stable organization with a fun company culture and a commitment to providing team members with a great career path.
