Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the construction of the project in strict accordance with the plans and specifications of the Networking of the facility (Telecom, iDas). The Project Manager will act and make decisions in matters affecting planning, procurement, labor, supervision, personnel, costs, safety, and quality assurance.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • B.S. degree Construction Management or comparable work experience in Construction Management.
  • Experience in various industries; Industrial, Science & Technology, Ground-up work in the multi-family, assisted living and/or hotel markets
  • Telecom, Networking or IDAS Expereince a PLUS!
  • Knowledge of advanced functions of Word, Excel, Outlook and other web-based applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • DAS: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Telecommunication: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Project management: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Construction: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CSL (Preferred)
