Equivalent Experience
One of our clients is looking for an eager individual that can manage the invoice for their network and mobile devices. This team compares invoices with what their vendors quoted them and confirms that the billing adds up with the purchase order. This individual will need strong communication and organization skills. This is a crucial team that was formed in early 2022 for a fortune 500 client.

1. Invoicing Experience (comparing invoices to quotes, keeping up with POs, etc)
2. Communicating with external vendors
3. Excel (just for data entry and organization, no need for vlookups, pivot tables)
Description:
- Accountant or accounts payable or accounts receivable experience is necessary with focus on invoice processing, vendor maintenance and coordinating purchase orders with vendors.
- Vendor escalations including payment status to vendor upon request
- Coordinating PO/POCN procurement related activities and spend trend analysis
