Job Description Our client, located in Grapevine Texas, develops and maintains cloud-based software for employees to manage and access their data. The company’s mission is to streamline an employee’s experience from recruitment to retirement. They are currently looking to bring on a Network Telecom admin on a full-time direct hire basis. This Engineer will work on a team that designs, manages, and maintains the telecom infrastructure of the corporation. They will also Design Call Manager & Contact Center corporate deployments and related hardware and software; Document the network and telecommunications infrastructure and works to maximize uptime and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of networking/telecom administration experience, background with Cisco (Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco Contact Center), VOIP, LAN/WAN, and Telecom networks (2G, 3G, 4G, LTE, 5G). This is a 12-month contract role with a pay rate of $50-64/hr. The role is remote with onsite training once per month. Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years’ experience in Telecom networking

• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, VPN

• Experience working with Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco Contact Center (PCCE)

• Network Administration and Implementation

  Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (tech field preferred)

• Certifications are nice to have
