Cell Tower Top Hand

Calling tower crew top hands, we are looking for the best to join HI Rise Electrical and data. We are a growing coming company in the south easy market , year round work with plenty of room for growth. We offer competitive pay , per diem and bonuses to top performing crews

Foreman will be responsible for submitting all daily and weekly required paperwork (ex: JSA, weekly safety topics, crane/heavy machinery forms, etc.)

Expert in reading CDs, blueprints, RFDs, etc.

Experience with clearly capturing photo images

Advanced understanding of rigging

Connector install experience

Expert knowledge in system testing

Top side and bottom side grounding experience

Cad welding experience

Developed management skills in running the team in day-to-day operations

General working skills and knowledge of computers

Safety conscious

Strong organizational skills/ability to manage priorities and workflow

Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams

Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

Frequent travel required with overnight trips

Ability to perform Tower Rescues

Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Onsite at job locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
