At Emerald Communications, our call center agents provide customer service to various contractors. You can choose from working in the call center located in Greenville, Ms or working from home. Specific job duties vary, depending on the company and industry. General responsibilities include taking incoming calls from customers, making outbound calls to follow up on open orders or outstanding bills, answering questions and addressing complaints about quality assurance issues. Some work from home call center agents serve as a sales representatives, following up on leads generated by other sales reps or marketing managers. When you are unable to handle an issue for a client or customer, you may request a supervisor or manager discuss a resolution with the customer.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $10.00 – $15.00 per hour
