We are looking for an experienced and hard-working Tower Technician who can efficiently complete assigned tasks, and is interested in learning more about the telecommunications field. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience responding to service calls, and will be capable of climbing towers as well as troubleshooting antennas and lightning protection systems. Additionally, we are looking for a Tower Technician who is adaptable, reliable and responsible.
Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair equipment and facilities that transmit signals through the air to a specific area.
- Signal transmission between cell towers is more reliable than ever.
- It is hard to work at heights due to heavy equipment.
- Use specialized tools such as power tools, lifts, reflectors, coaxial cables and power cables.
- Deal with weather conditions, wind, rain and extreme temperatures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
