Telecommunications Install Technician

Would you like to be the next Cable Guy? JCSinc is hiring! We are offering an entry level position as an Install Tech to be based out of our Shevlin office. We are a fiber optics integration company, specializing in fiber-to-the-home installations. We mainly work for telephone companies throughout Minnesota and the Dakotas.
Tasks performed include, but are not limited to: house wiring, termination ends of cables (Cat 5e, Coax). Applicants must also have basic working knowledge of all hand tools, basic power tools (drills, saws,etc.) as well as basic knowledge of computers.

No experience necessary!

Applicants must:

• Overnight travel required unless you are within our traveling distance (75 miles from your home). Work schedule typically Monday through Thursday with four 10 hour days.

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record REQUIRED (No DUIs within the last 5 years)

• Basic knowledge of computer use (i.e. Google Drive, Outlook email)

• Available to work overtime
• MUST pass a drug screening

Wages start at $19-$30 an hour depending on qualifications with a 90-day performance review.
