ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Include:
Demonstrate a sense of urgency related to the importance of patient safety and provide excellent client care
- Ensure the well-being of clients and provide a positive, supportive and structured environment.
- Provide supervision of 6-8 treatment residents and support the daytime and clinical team.
- Document timely, accurate and appropriate clinical information in client’s medical record.
- Assist in providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment for client’s
- Interact routinely with client’s, observe and document behaviors and communicate significant observations to nursing staff.
- Complete and maintain required documentation. Assist with follow-up and paperwork as required on incidents and events that may take place in the facility.
- Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards clients always. Communicate any and all concerns to supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma required
- Detail oriented in both observation and application
- Team-oriented personality, abilities, and willingness
- registration with a certifying body like CCAPP
- Experience working with adiction and recovery
- CNA or LVN experience
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Organizational skills – proficient
- Relational-people skills – excellent
- Telephone communication skills – excellent
- Computer – MS (Word & Excel) and experience with electronic record keeping – proficient
- Familiarity with 12-step Recovery preferred
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
- CPR and First Aid
- RADT certification
OTHER:
- Part Time or Full Time NOC shift or PRN (on-call/as-needed) shift openings.
