TITLE: ATT RAN Project Manger

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for supporting the Project Management Director of RAN: (1) AT&T ABM 2.5 RAN Deployment; (2) management of vendors / suppliers for RAN deployment; (3) Reporting internally and externally with carrier client (4) financial profitability of the RAN projects at the site level; (5) supporting development of internal systems and processes for reporting and tracking program requirements; (6) working with internal team to implement RAN and drive efficiencies; (7) managing Vendors to their MSA controlled pricing to reduce capital risk; (8) championing of continuous process improvements that contribute to a more efficient and effective team; and (9) such other tasks and initiatives assigned from time to time that are for the betterment of the Company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of wireless development and carrier deployment.
• Proven experience in planning, organizing, and implementing work priorities to ensure the orderly flow of documentation and information throughout the project progress
• Proven ability to interact, develop and maintain a positive working relationship with personnel on all levels, both within the company and with clients

Experience

• Preferred – past direct or indirect engagement by a wireless tower or related technology company that resulted in exposure to the telecommunications infrastructure industry and the wireless communications ecosystem that we serve.
• Experience in working with database systems such as Site Tracker, Sales force etc for project tracking.
• Experience in financial analysis on large programs and multi-project builds.
• Proven experience and understanding in schedule management

Skills

• Clear and concise communicator.
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of AT&T systems a plus

Strategic

• Ability to understand complex contractual obligations to client and work with the team to ensure we are tracking to deliver.
• Mitigate risk by identifying a head of time potential contract, vendor, supplier, and client issues that arise in the telecommunication industry.
• Partnering with broader team to work toward seamless delivery.

Operational

• Generate reports for client as required. Reports for management as needed.
• Identifying areas of opportunity for improvement and develop processes and improvements to contribute to team efficiencies.

People

• Ability to build relationships internal and with vendors and client

• AT&T experience is a must have

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8,000.00 – $8,750.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• ATT carrier installation on towers: 2 years (Required)
• working in Site Tracker or a similar database: 1 year (Required)
