Bilingual Project Manager

Broadband Hospitality, based in Youngstown, Ohio, with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, specializes in deploying turn-key integrated Wi-Fi, DirecTV, CCTV, PBX, interactive television, and interactive mobile applications, and digital signage to the hospitality marketplace.

BBH has an immediate opportunity for a Bilingual Project Manager (Spanish/English) with strategic experience and a solid understanding of all areas of telecommunications within the hospitality industry. The PM will take the lead role in the planning of projects from inception to equipment procurement, installation, budgeting, scheduling, and support throughout the project lifecycle. Our next Project Manager will be proactive, organized, and responsible for leading teams Stateside and in Mexico plus work closely with internal members to ensure a successful project and satisfied customers. This is a highly visible role that will require solid communication skills and a motivated, organized individual to meet deadlines and build team collaboration. This is a full-time, salaried position at either our headquarters in Youngstown,
Ohio, or as a nationwide remote position.

Position Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
• BA/BS Degree
• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Must be willing to travel 25% of the time
• Must be able to learn, understand and explain technical concepts and telecommunication project products, scopes, and dependencies in business terms
• Strong organizational skills (critical attention to detail, task prioritization, and ability to meet deadlines)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to promptly and efficiently adapt to shifting priorities and realign project goals and timelines
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities expected; ability to elicit cooperation from a variety of sources, including upper management, clients, peers, and other departments
• Able to motivate and influence team members to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work in a respectful, constructive manner
• Comfortable working to challenging deadlines with a high degree of change; stress-tolerant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio) and other Project Management software

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading hospitality technology-based projects
• Experience with low voltage cabling and termination projects
