DOPE Marketing is looking for Inbound Sales professionals to help clients through guided strategy sessions for our automated direct mail software: DOPE360
DOPE360 helps home service businesses send automated direct mail, with no minimum order, 100% automated for their business.
Clients can choose from Postcards, Handwritten notes and Cookies, fully automated, sent within 24 hours, anywhere in the country, from our offices in Mendota Heights, MN
An ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong communication and technology skills.
Cold calling is your thing! To have success in this role, you must have outstanding follow-up and organizational skills.
This position offers a base pay PLUS commission on all subscriptions on our direct mail platform. There is additional compensation for print sales and data sales to the same clients.
Within 2-4 weeks of training new sales reps close 8-15 sales per week. We have a proven marketing engine and sales presentation that you will be trained to use for your direct mail strategy sessions.
Our marketing team currently generates over 100 NEW leads per week and we have a customer database of over 10,000 clients.
This position will be 50 % inbound and 50% outbound
You will have an arsenal of leads to work and contacts to follow up with. Our marketing team will generate leads for you via Facebook, Email, Text, Website messenger and Direct Mail.

Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday – Friday
Location: On Site, Mendota Heights
Salary: $40,000 base + commission
Full benefits + PTO and 401k match
Remote options available after training is complete.
This is a great opportunity for a hungry individual in the sales field. Recent college graduates, door to door sales for telecommunications and home service sales reps have had great success in this role.
Our reps are making 70-120 k+ per year with commission and comp plans
