Telecom Domain Skills & Expertise
· Must be a SME within Telecom BSS & OSS domain with strong consultative solution experience
· In depth understanding of fixed, mobile, IoT & convergence domains and related markets.
· Business Systems (BSS)- Strong Experience in Designing E2E BSS Solutions across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, Care areas for Tier-1 CSPs is must.
· Hands-on experience in any major telecom industry B/OSS COTS (Amdocs, Netcracker, Comarch, Ericsson etc.) is must.
· In depth understanding of various CRM, Fulfilment, Assurance, Billing and Telephony Services – Wireline, Wireless and Broadband, Enterprise service SD-WAN, VPN, Digital services (IoT) etc.
· Good Knowledge/Certification on Telecom Standards & Frameworks like TMforum, Digital Models, ITIL, eTOM, TAM, SID, Open API, ODA and any telecom packaged software
· Telecom/Communication – Intense Telecom industry domain & understanding of OSS/BSS in B2C, Wholesale, B2B, B2B2x and business processes with established in depth experience in re-engineering these processes based on the eTOM framework standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Interact with Business stakeholders to refines requirements & User stories using critical evaluation techniques, systems integration knowledge and experience.
· Understanding of As-Is business process and define the To-Be Business processes after the Gap Analysis.
· Create impact assessments based on project requirements and high-level solutions for the development team and project team.
· Analyze, interpret, and translate clients’ business needs into rigorous Business and System Solution documents for strategic business project solutioning.
· Leverage Technical background and experience to develop solutions at varying levels of refinement and work with DevOps Tech leads to build estimates for the associated changes
· Facilitate design & whiteboarding sessions with developers by walking through the solution and helping to make design decisions for an efficient overall solution
· Author & review solution documents, which includes requirement response, changes to impacted front end applications, user & system use cases and scope of work with prime focus on reducing manual touch points across business & operational layers of the respective domains
· Attend QA, UAT, and BRT calls to answer questions and provide feedback on defects
· Create stories for Agile teams and assist with maintaining backlog of prioritized and well-defined stories.
· Communicate with project managers, application developers, subject matter experts, end users, and Rogers’ senior management.
· Represent clients to identify potential solutions, helps prioritize and select options.
· Propose system requirements and/or business process changes to fulfill business user requirements, ensuring system development or business process solutions.
· Ensure projects align with the business and IT strategies, influencing the development of plans and processes in supported organizations
· Experience in 5G Network – architecture, implementation or design, thorough understanding of core concepts like network slicing
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Salary: $55.00-$65.00 per hour

Experience:
- SME within Telecom BSS & OSS domain: 4 years (preferred)
- E2E BSS Solutions: 3 years (preferred)
