Logistics is a dynamic and fast-paced team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our team is looking for an entrepreneurial, technically-savvy, and detailed-oriented Business Analyst who can help us analyze and improve the customer order journey at TELUS.

Reporting to the Manager, Operations Transformation, you will be responsible for working individually and collaboratively with other members of our team to help analyze, simplify, and standardize our order management and assurance functions at TELUS.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across Supply Chain operations, marketing, technical teams to articulate and map out our end to end customer order journey
  • You will analyze and highlight order volumes and trends as well as commonalities, opportunities and points of simplification and standardization throughout the end to end journey whether they be technical or process (operational)
  • You will help support the development of the business case that articulates the benefits of order management simplification and standardization
  • You will help build a series of options and recommendations that articulate our potential future state (for example, automation, integration), including aligning our stakeholders and leadership

What you bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations
  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Candidates without aforementioned degrees, but with a degree in any other discipline combined with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply
  • You have a bias for action, and are outcome-oriented
  • Experience with SAP (Sales & Distribution, Materials Management
  • Leading and implementing projects (from initiation to closeout). You have a proven ability to take ownership of a project
  • You are independent, can multitask and efficiently manage multiple projects and asks, and engage leaders for support as required
  • You are strong relationship manager who can build rapport with stakeholders and working teams
  • You are a fast learner who can understand new systems, tools, and processes

Great-to-haves

  • Experience aligning challenging stakeholders to a common vision
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies or certifications
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies or certifications
  • Experience in telecommunications, logistics and warehousing
