Description:
We are looking to hire a Data Center Technician to provide installations, service, and maintain central office centers. A minimum of 2 years is preferred for this role, although a candidate with more experience would be ideal. Candidate must be able to perform basic power operations such as mounting relay rack or cabinet fuse panels and perform the termination of power feeders. This also includes the running and termination of local power leads from fuse panels to various units within a relay rack or cabinet. Candidate must also be proficient in the aspect of, test equipment, tools and materials used in construction, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of telecommunications systems and equipment.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a data center or central office
- open to travel
- racking, cabling, testing, troubleshooting experience
- adapt to various work site environments
Pay Rate:
