The Business Planning & Strategy team is looking for someone capable of facilitating high level strategy discussions with a strong research and quantitative analysis background. This person will help formulate long and short range plans, recommend responses to changes in the market, and dive deep into analysis on key business drivers.

Key responsibilities:
Lead analysis (qualitative and quantitative) on market opportunities and new products

Prepare competitive landscape and comparison analysis of capabilities, product offerings, and other services

Support the development of competitive strategies to improve market share

Develop business cases that will support strategic decision making

Gain alignment on the short and long range plans including targets and resources/capital required

Manage and track the capital portfolio that supports achieving our objectives

Leverage data to analyze progress on the plan and recommend changes where required due to shifts in the market

Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure key project delivery dates are met

What we’re looking for:
Undergraduate degree B.A, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or Finance

Previous experience in a planning & strategy role

Comfortable presenting compelling stories supported with research and quantitative analysis

Comfortable managing multiple priorities on a regular basis while respecting tight deadlines

Familiar with the B2B segment and environment

Telecom experience would be an asset

MBA or professional designation (CPA, CFA, PMP) would be an asset
