Cell Tower Technician Foreman

Bechtel Construction Services is currently seeking experienced cell tower technician foreman for our northern California Communications Market currently based in Livermore, CA.

Experience and Qualifications

• Responsible for multiple Leads over tower crews. Must have extensive RF knowledge and some electrical knowledge.
• Manage crews in the performance of all aspects of cell tower lines and antenna work. Includes installing squids, proper use of antenna alignment tools, installing RRUs and associated cabling.
• Ensure safety standards and requirements are adhered to by crews and others in the operational area.
• Ensure installations and crew progress meets quality and workmanship standards.
• Responsible for required paperwork and familiar with basic computer related tasks. Must ensure proper and timely job closeouts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• Local Market carrier experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $42.00 per hour
