Responsible for managing the Bank’s network services, telecommunications and systems administration; assists in the selection, design and implementation of new systems and procedures; coordinates activities assigned by employees.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensures network changes are documented and communicated. Facilitates the incorporation of these documented changes into departmental policies and procedures and the Bank disaster recovery plan as appropriate.
- Provides professional and courteous customer service and support to all areas of the Bank. Research, documents, and resolves user inquiries and problems in a timely manner.
- Ensures all assigned components of DR plan are tested and documented on regularly scheduled basis. Documents all network changes that impact the DR plan and communicates these changes so that they can be incorporated in the plan. Active Directory Administration and Office 365 Administration
- Assists in the selection of hardware/software for the Bank. Assists in the secure integration of new delivery methods and channels into the network infrastructure.
- Provides technical support for assigned Bank purchased vendor packages – includes testing and installation of system upgrades.
- Assist other bank Divisions to meet their goals and objectives by coordinating and implementing the technology needs of those departments
- Ensures compliance with all applicable banking regulations and internal policies and procedures. Works with IT Manager to minimize annual vulnerability assessment findings.
- Complies with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank’s compliance with all regulatory requirements including the Information Security policy; BSA/AML and OFAC.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Education, Training, and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in an IT function
- High school diploma, plus associates degree (or equivalent work experience) in Information Technology
- Hardware and software installation experience preferred
- Microsoft Office certified
- Network certification, computer peripheral hardware installation, and troubleshooting experience preferred
- IT Banking experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
