Description of Work:

Leading, motivating and working alongside part of a cohesive team installing cellular repeater and Public Safety DAS systems in new construction and existing commercial buildings across the United States.

Work includes pulling, terminating and testing wire, roof work with antennas, grounding, installing domes, running and bending conduit, and meticulous clean-up of job site. Must be able to take direction from project manager and make decisions in field, be willing to learn and “do whatever it takes” to complete the job. Responsible for inventory control, keeping tools and gear secure, maintaining OSHA certifications (company will pay for courses) and tracking and reporting per diem expenses.

We are based in Denver and our teams normally travel nationwide, Monday through Friday. However, for this position, we are looking for upper East Coast/MA area Senior Installers to work on a series of projects there for approximately three years. Between and after projects, you would join our other teams, traveling across the country.

Ultimate goal of every project is to create an overall experience that makes the client invite us back to do their next project.

Skills Required:

• Installation of DAS systems, ERRCS or cell tower climber experience.
• Must live in the upper East Coast area and be able to commute to job site(s) daily.
• Must be able to travel extensively: Mon-Fri on the road in various cities across U.S., weekends at home.
• Ready and able to perform arduous physical labor including lifting 100 lb + rolls of wire and more. This cannot be emphasized enough: it’s hard work.
• Well-spoken, businesslike communicator; good listener; adaptable.
• Able to read a set of blueprints
• Able to follow detailed instructions, both verbal and written
• Must possess your own basic telecom tools including snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, steel toed boots, etc. Your PPE (hard hat, safety glasses and safety vest) and uniform shirts are provided.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening (no misdemeanor or felony convictions). A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 1 years driving experience.

Pay and Benefits:

First 90 days are probationary employee with no benefits. After 90 days, following a positive performance review, you would be brought on as salaried employee with full benefits. Salary is based on experience and starts from $60,000 per year. Salaried employees are eligible for health insurance (company pays half of employee’s premium) and other benefits such as paid holidays and vacation time.
