firstPRO is seeking a qualified technical professional who is adept in the administration and support of Voice and Telecom technologies for a contract position with our client based out of Philadelphia, PA. Our client, a large healthcare organization requires this position to be on-site and full time with an expertise in both Cisco VOIP as well as Nortel PBX products. Telecom Voice Technician – Qualifications
- A.S. Degree or Higher in Information Technology, Networking, or other Related Subject Matter
- 5+ Years Experience in an enterprise level environment administrating VOIP systems and phone equipment
- Experience working in a Hospital Environment desired
- Administration and Troubleshooting of the following Voice Systems and Technology:
- Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity Connection
- Nortel Option 11 / CS1000 and Nortel SL100 / CS2100
- PBX support
- Wiring standards (punch downs)
- Certifications in Cisco VOIP or related technologies desired
