An employer is looking to identify a Technical Support Analyst for a large enterprise technology group. This role will be hands on Analyst that will be handling incidents and tickets that arise for end users and monitoring activities. You will work to troubleshoot each case and work with the escalating teams and Incident Manager to properly fix the issue assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
