With our continued growth, we are looking for an Construction Engineering Manager to join our team in the Greeley, CO area.

The Role

• Manage team of Project Managers
• Assign and oversee projects to team members, monitor projects for timely completion, and ensure a high level of quality is met
• Coach, develop and mentor team members
• Maintain a monthly financial forecast
• Maintain and improve processes and procedures
• Interact with all levels of the organization to ensure project completion
• Regular communicate with customers and key stakeholders on project status
• Hold Safety in the highest regard
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant telecommunications construction project management experience, prior leadership experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
• Experience in estimating, bidding projects and change order preparations
• Ability to travel in region and occasionally to other areas, open to a variety of schedules and accessible outside of normal business hours as needed
• Ability to be flexible and manage changing priorities
• Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in-person or virtually
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to give feedback; positive and negative when needed
