This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work within a busy but fun call centre representing one of the UK’s leading telecoms providers Sky, who are the UK’s largest pay-tv broadcaster with 12.7 million customers and that number just keeps growing.
We are currently looking for passionate people who not only possess amazing customer service skills but also have a natural flare for selling amazing products and building engaging relationships with customers.

Pay-
21,000 starting salary with the prospect to increase this to 27,000 within 11 months of working plus uncapped commission!
Location-
Chartway Street, Maidstone, ME17 3JB. Due to the location of the role you must be able to drive.
Hours-
Currently have a hybrid model in place. Following 4 weeks of training and onboarding you will be given the opportunity to work from home 3 days per week. 37.5 hours weekly shifts. All Shifts are on a rotation between the hours of 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday. You will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends, any Weekend work would be from at home.
Job Role-
- Take inbound calls from prospective and existing customers to inform them about switching their TV, Telecoms or Broadband.
- Upsell additional products to better the customers current packages via telephone.
- Work towards reaching daily, weekly and monthly new customer conversion targets.
- Accurately and efficiently entering customer information onto our inhouse computer systems.
- So that you are proficient in your role, you will spend the first four weeks being supported by our inhouse Onboarding Team, who will assist you whilst you are learning our products and operating our systems. Once successfully completed you will then move on to your shift rota.
