They have revolutionized Home Internet by creating the first 5G wireless network built specifically for residential areas. It has ultra-fast Wi-Fi connections, gigabit speeds, ultra-low lag, and it is made ultra-simple through its wireless connection. Internet as we have never seen before!

We are immediately hiring a Customer Service and Sales Representative to work with our team to launch this premier project. The objective is to create and execute field marketing and business development strategies to generate exposure for 5G Home Internet while increasing sales opportunities. We need a driven and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Representative ready to create campaign strategies and implement them to see positive results.

The Customer Service and Sales Representative will be the on-the-go face of this revolutionary project as we launch brand-new internet solutions and increase our client’s brand awareness. Our Customer Service and Sales Representative will receive training on product knowledge, sales strategies, and communication techniques.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Sales Representative:

  • Develop and execute field marketing and business development strategies to increase awareness and generate revenue for Verizon 5G Home Internet
  • Deliver interactive product presentations on the most advanced technological solutions in the telecommunications industry
  • Utilize exceptional customer service and active listening skills while executing business development strategies
  • Continuously participate in training classes, virtual webinars, and team-building sessions
  • Create long-lasting positive relationships with all 5G Home Internet customers and maintain them once the sale is complete
  • Collaborate with our Sales Representative and Account Management teams to generate creative solutions to rebuttals and objections
  • Achieve sales goals in the allotted territory through the promotion of products and services

Qualities and Skills Necessary of our Customer Service and Sales Representative:

  • Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Entrepreneurship, Communications or related fields preferred but not required
  • Work experience in sales, retail, customer service, technology, business development, hospitality, or client-facing roles
  • Ability to multitask, while working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Capacity to problem-solve, show self-discipline, and maintain a positive attitude in difficult situations
  • Fantastic in-person communication and active listening skills
  • Capable of showing empathy and compassion to potential 5G Internet consumers
  • Confidence and perseverance are critical attributes to succeed in this role
  • Self-starter with the ability to set achievable goals and strive for them

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
