Position Summary

WTC Communications is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a position in our Customer Service department. This position is for a full-time employee who will greet customers in person, on the telephone, and by email. Candidates must have excellent communications skills, as this position is the primary point of contact with our customers.


Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Building relationships with current clients.
  • Soliciting sales of new or additional services.
  • Handling all customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Using available resources to provide accurate product information, including features, and advantages/benefits
  • Receiving and processing requests and orders via e-mail, fax, or phone.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Working closely with associates, keeping a positive attitude at all times.

Experience working with:

  • Personal computers in a Windows environment
  • Word processing software
  • Email and internet
  • General office equipment

Other skills which are valued, but not required:

  • Knowledge of internet connectivity services
  • Knowledge of telephone communication services
  • Knowledge of television services
