Your Role as the Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager is an integral part of the team within this high tech communications company! This role is a hybrid of project management and customer care and development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage customer programs and the quality of customer service for those organizations
  • Execute projects and customer initiatives
  • Ensure operational best practices regarding customer projects
  • Resolve customer and project issues
  • Assist in negotiations for new product lines
  • Ensure proper data maintenance to include contracts, schedules, vendors, etc.
  • Provide project metrics to executive team
  • Ensure customers choose the proper technology for their needs
  • Provide oversight of field team

Background Profile

  • Expertise in customer service, account management, and project management
  • Prior exposure / experience within telecom or related industry
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L, and project scheduling
  • High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for being detail oriented
  • Extensive computer and software knowledge
  • Four year degree in Finance, IT, or business related discipline
  • PMP Certification highly preferred!
