Customer Success Representative – Lcq

ScanSource Canada Inc., on of RPM Software, LLC is seeking a Customer Success Representative for its Lighthouse HSE (https://www.lighthousehse.com/), Cube Data Management (https://www.cubedms.com/), and Quartz QMS (https://www.quartzqms.com/) brands.

Implementation and support sits at the nexus of our subscriber’s and company’s success. In this role you are a trusted advisor and business partner for our new and existing subscribers who ensures their desired outcomes are achieved through their use of our software.

The ideal candidate has a background in software support and implementation, has exceptional communication skills, is detail oriented, possesses unfettering patience, a genuine desire to support others, and seeks to cultivate long term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide all levels of product support
• Implement new subscribers to ensure successful onboarding
• Manage API related projects
• Communicate feature development ideas
• Create knowledge base material
• Assist in customer success initiatives
• Test new development

Requirements

• Several years of experience in software support and implementation
• Outstanding business professionalism and personal presentation
• Ability to organize and lead subscriber meetings both on site and through web conference
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and explain software application integration requirements and projects to our integration development team and manage project implementation
• Can operate under moderate supervision and manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Consideration

• Experience with various web applications
• Working understanding of HTML and CSS
• Experience in the telecommunications industry
