We are looking for a Data Center Technician wanting to jumpstart their career at a Fortune 50 company in Centennial. The team this individual will be joining is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and recovery of master control and certain new media systems including traditional broadcast; TCP/IP, and file-based media transcode and delivery.

• Provides daily operations support and maintenance for network systems (including wireless and VoIP). Proactively monitors networks to provide stable, dependable network services across multiple platforms.
• Configures and troubleshoots computer networks.
• Maintains LAN/WAN/wireless/VoIP operations by working with network facility and hardware/software vendors to ensure timely problem resolution.
• Maintains and utilizes network management applications to identify network faults, to ensure the provision of data or other telecommunications access to customers, and the movement of information from one location to the other.

Skills Needed:

• Previous data center, IT, or network troubleshooting experience
• Any previous streaming video and/or broadcast experience would be a plus
• Flexible working in an unstructured environment
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• Typically has 0-3 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments.

This position is in support of a 24x7x365 environment @ 40 hours per week – INCLUDING HOLIDAYS.

Shifts include: Sun-Wed and Wed-Saturday. 6am-4pm – day shift, 11am-9pm – swing shift, and 8pm-6am – night shift
