Director – IT Software Business Development-Casino & Digital Gaming

Our flagship product ‘arttha’ – is a one-stop solution for core banking, digital banking, and mobile wallet, and enables financial entities to provide a seamless experience to their customers. Our 5G – RU product is an end-to-end Radio Unit Solution. The product is getting recognition from large established Telcos, ODMs, JDMs, and is one of the first products to be launched in this fast growing area.

Job Brief:
We are looking for a seasoned and high performing Sales professional based at Las Vegas, who will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition in the Casino & Digital Gaming Domain in USA.
Key responsibilities are ( but not limited to):
- Develop, Lead, and execute key sales growth strategies, tactics and action plans to further grow our Gaming practice in USA, esp targeting Casinos and Digital/ online games.
- Network with key decision makers, industry bodies, sourcing advisory firms and other influencers in the Gaming domain.
- Work collaboratively with the pre-sales, delivery units and marketing teams to deliver proposals and solutions to prospect/customers
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Responsible for selling company’s catalogue of services targeting Gaming Domain customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, national/international sales events/expos.
Required skill / knowledge / experience :
- 12+ years of sales experience in IT Services in a quota carrying role.
- At least 6 years of experience in selling to Gaming Domain in USA with proven success.
- Good understanding of the services and solutions that are procured by the Gaming domain
- Experience of working with Global stakeholders will be a plus
- Demonstrable experience in leading sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Experience in building and nurturing relationships with capability to leverage these to build the business
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals, ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Good experience and understanding of the global delivery models and capability to engage with global teams in different time zones.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
