We are looking to hire immediately. The position will report to our corporate headquarters located in Stafford TX. and consists of both a low base pay ($24k/annual) plus high commissions to make up the salary of $70k – $85k/annual. There is no cap or ceiling on commission earnings. You will earn commissions on every dollar you bring in. Commissions are paid monthly.

Job Summary:

We are hiring an inside sales Enterprise Account Manager to manage customer queries, provide consultations and make recommendations based on the customer’s needs. You will process orders across several communication channels.

The Enterprise Account Manager will represent our inside sales department for various product lines/sites in which we are the leading provider of nationwide signal boosting and wireless solutions. We seek candidates with technical electronic sales experience. The position calls for high energy, dedication, attention to detail, timeliness, teamwork, positive attitude, adaptability, self-motivation, reliability, and willingness/ability to learn new technical concepts.

What you’ll do:

  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
  • Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods.
  • Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services.
  • Knowledgeable of company products and services and handles all client queries.
  • Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service.
  • Provide consultations, recommendations and pricing to customers based upon their needs.
  • Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Ensures all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Manage large volumes of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails in a timely manner
  • Provide consultations, recommendations, and pricing to customers based on their needs
  • Provide account management support to your clients
  • Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis
  • Keep records of all customer interaction in Salesforce in a comprehensible way
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Perform other duties/tasks as required

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2-year Technical Customer Service and/or Sales Experience Required
  • Must be 100% Customer-Oriented
  • An uncompromising customer-centered attitude
  • Excellent phone demeanor
  • Above average communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in the wireless industry is an advantage
  • Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal); bilingual (French and/or Spanish) is a plus
  • Must be reliable and have dependable means of transportation
  • When needed, must have the ability to work remotely (PC, internet, and cellular service) due to covid and/or emergency conditions
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and/or drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
